In response to the recommendations by local, national and international health officials, Minalytix is adapting, and will continue to adapt how we work in order to protect our employees, customers and community, and to maintain continuity of service to our customers.
As of Monday March 16 our team has been working remotely and our leadership team is continually monitoring the situation to ensure we’re taking proper measures in a timely fashion.
Something you may not know is that our entire team has been working remotely off and on since our company started 7 years ago, so we are already well equipped and supported to work fully remote.
In addition to our readiness to work fully remote, MX Deposit is well positioned to continue to operate as it has from the start. From the get-go our customers have been supported and onboarded remotely through screen sharing, phone calls and video conferencing. There is never the need for travel, and in many cases our customers have onboarded themselves with little to no support from us.
MX Deposit can also help to keep your team safe by allowing them to work remotely and by using our built in activity feed to message each other and stay in sync.
